Unlike notaries public, their common-law counterpart, civil law notaries and deputy civil law notaries, are trained and licensed legal professionals with a Masters degree in Law (LL.M.).
Martijn Moerdijk
Civil Law Notary
Martijn graduated from Leiden University in 1998 and after having worked with NautaDutilh (Amsterdam Office) until December 2007 he moved to Curaçao, where he was appointed as civil law notary in 2018.
Joyce Vierveijzer
Deputy Civil Law Notary
Joyce graduated from Utrecht University in 2016. After having worked with KPMG Meijburg Legal for 3.5 years, she joined Moerdijk in 2020.
Fleur Schurer
Deputy Civil Law Notary
Fleur graduated from Utrecht University in 2018. After having worked with Loyens & Loeff N.V. in Amsterdam, she joined Moerdijk in 2019.
